every saturday i always will go for 2 taekwondo class,
1st class is normal class:sometime taech some junior,train some basic,train tague~
2nd master ben.wong class(our mbw club de master is master ben wong(m.b.w) so call ben wong class):tis class jus start at last week,train sparing skill,in my whole life tis class is the most record 'thing'

today m.bw didn't came so we let sir chun kiat teach
refresh all last week move~if kick target it is easy and beatiful knee up,trun,then kick
1st we warm up to srach the body then warm up our kick(also beautiful kick)
after that we weared our body gard west up,then we do pull back turning kick,also the same kick beautiful(damn hot damn sweat man!!!)
then we partner pratner practise(if finish 1set my pratner will change)
so damn hard,damn tried i kick my partner with a stupid damn lausy kick..my kick all out donno why if kick ppl i will use this type of stupid kick not the 1st time is always==
then i kick after afew minute my leg scarhed ardy...pain dao,last week i also scarhed!!!donno why my leg mussle cannot tahan so long time....i so hate my leg la
last week gt ply form sparing i no ply!!!becoz of my leg scrach!!! damn!!!
who can tell me how let the leg mussle became storng and won't scrach ever!!!???
